Frequency of use:

From 0 to 3 months: 1-2 times a day

Over 3 months: 3-4 times a day

For children who need the help of an adult: lie the child facing one direction, insert the special nozzle into the nasal cavity located at the highest position and press for about 5 seconds. Lay the child in the other direction and repeat in the other nasal cavity.

For children who can use the product alone: they can use the Tonimer in any position. However, it is better to bend your head over the bathroom sink, turn the head in one direction and insert the special nozzle into the nasal cavity located at the highest position. Press the special nozzle for about 5 seconds until the product appears. Repeat the process in the other nasal cavity.

After use: clean and dry the special nozzle and close the cap.
