Internal intake: 2 to 4 drops per day dissolved in 1 glass of water or juice, directly or after dissolving in vegetable oil.

External application:

Topical application (acne, insect bite, toothache, dandruff, etc.): Add 2 to 5 drops in half a teaspoon of olive oil and apply on the affected area.

Massage (chest, joints, feet, etc.): Add 5 drops to a tablespoon of vegetable oil (almond oil, jojoba oil, etc.) and apply to the affected area.

Note: Do not use insoluble. Always dilute in olive oil or other vegetable oil (almond oil, jojoba oil, etc.).
