INGREDIENTS
500 gr «READY MIX FOR GLUTEN-FREE BREAD"
12 gr dry yeast (gluten free)
500 ml water
(Optionally we can add 10 gr 10 gr sugar and salt)
EXECUTION
Put the "READY MIX FOR GLUTEN-FREE BREAD" in the mixer and add the yeast and water (and sugar and salt if desired). The beat for 5 minutes. Place the dough in our "form" and put it in the oven at 180o-200oC, for about 1 hour (depending on the oven and baking options that we have in our bread).
