How to return the recalled Frezylac badges

We would like to inform you about the procedure for the return of these lots of baby milk Frezylac, following the decision of the EOF. for their provisional preventive revocation.
Products must be returned by 14/2/2018. Infant milk will be accepted either as a closed product or opened, ONLY if it concerns the specific lots to be recalled, which can be found in the table below.


Purchase from Pharmacy Natural Store

Parents who have purchased the specific Frezylac lots to be recalled by natural pharmacies are kindly requested to return the baby milk to the pharmacy from which they bought them. Optionally, you can present proof of purchase to the pharmacy, but it is not a prerequisite.

Buy from Online Pharmacy Store

Parents who have purchased these Frezylac lots to recall from online pharmacies (e-shop) are kindly requested to contact the e-shop first by telephone 2130099259 or e-mail [email protected]  to be informed of the detailed return instructions. For your better service, you must have your purchase receipt or your order confirmation e-mail or your order confirmation e-mail.
