Contest's Terms and Conditions - Test Pap Woman's Day

Terms of participation

1. The competition is open to all who are 18 years of age. Excluded employees in the company co-located Pharmacies Kallirrois Veletakou and John Machaira OE, PHARMACYDEPOT CURE AND CARE, www.pharmacydepot.gr, like their husbands and their relatives of first and second degree.

2. The competition begins on 2/3/17 and ends on 8/3/17.

3. Of the participants in the competition will elect 6 winners who will earn one Pap test center in clinical cytology, the Cosmos Center, Kifissias Avenue 125-127, www.cytocenter.gr.

4. The draw will take place on 9th March, 2017 at the offices of the general partnership co-located Pharmacies Kallirrois Veletakou and John Machaira Co. (Eaglet 6-8, Cholargos) at 13 pm .. The winners will be announced in the electronic magazine that www.mmagazinedepot.gr and social media the same day as the relevant link. In addition, winners should contact directly to give their data in virtual pharmacy pharmacydepot.

5. The company does not undertake any transportation expenses to and from the center to conduct the examination.

6. A prerequisite for participation in the competition is like to the post on the company's facebook page and share this from 2/3/17 until 8/3/17, after which it shall be ignored any involvement.

7. Participants may take part only once in the competition. The possibility of multiple entries is blocked.

8. Any additional cost of testing is not covered.

9. The conducting of examinations in the center will be up to 31st of May , 2017, after which the right to perform the examination for this winners  is lost therefore winners must immediately contact with pharmacydepot to give their data to the center.

10. The organizing company has no responsibility for any kind of physical or material damage or any other loss / expense caused to the winner and / or meeting the examination or the cancellation or postponement of this realization.

11. Given that the organizer in the invitation to tender will process personal data of the participants (name, email, phone), undertakes to fulfill such confidential files and proceed to their processing in the extent strictly necessary to the needs for and publicity of the competition (publication of the names of the winners on the site and its pages on social networking sites), or for the purposes of any shipment information messages (newsletter), to take all necessary measures to protect the privacy of participants.

12. Participation in the competition is free and clear by the statement of participants within the meaning of Law. 2472/1997 for the part of the company's record keeping with their personal data (name, email, phone) and processed by the organizer. And the acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent to the use of his name for the purpose of publicizing the competition and its results as well as the processing of personal data for the above. The / the winner / price maintains no claim against the host on that account and no fee or compensation they deserve.

13. The organizer has the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant attempting to illegally intervene in the process of participation or involvement is not in accordance with these terms. If the elements of the / the winner / or can not be verified is excluded from the right to conduct the examination.

14. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the competition, amend the terms and shorten or extend its duration.

15. Participation in the competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms.
