The first 4 days are taken twice every 4 to 6 hours PreVent Start Slim and a mixed protein meal

Drink 3 beans per serving in 250 ml of water = a balanced meal
Drinks and meals should be between 4-6 hours apart
In between meals if you feel hungry you can drink 1 serving
