The intestinal flora is made up of a number of bacteria, which, coexisting in a delicate balance, contribute to the overall state of health: a true ecosystem colonized by different species of microorganisms and developed from the very first days of life. The intestinal flora acts as a defensive barrier where, primarily, changes in the intestinal pH make the intestine inhospitable for pathogens.
The physiological state of the balance between the different strains of bacteria is called eubiosis. On the other hand, in the event of proliferation of unwanted bacteria, the balance is disrupted and a widespread pathological condition, the intestinal dysbiosis occurs.
HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTAL DEVICES
The normal morphological villi of the intestinal epithelium: increase the surface of the organ resulting in a physiological and high absorption of digestive nutrients.
INTERESTS AND DYSBIOSIS
In the event of disturbance of the intestinal flora balance, the presence of infections and inflammations will anatomically modify the villi, thereby losing their functionality and causing malabsorption of the nutrients.
