Before any situation that causes stress, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night with a glass of water for a period of 3-4 days prior to the event and 2 capsules in the morning of the eventful day.
For prolonged stress, taking 1 capsule Naturactive Seriane Jour in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of water throughout this period.
