For best fit clean and dry feet. Remove the backing paper and place the foam ring over the callus. Apply it well. When applied properly it should not slide or move. Remove it after three days and remove the excess skin. Repeat the process if the callus has not been removed.
Store in this package at a temperature below 30C, away from direct sources of heat and moisture.
