Gluten-Free Donuts

RECIPE FOR Donuts
MATERIALS
1 kilo 'READY MIX FOR ALL USES NO GLUTEN "
1 pound of water
40 g. dry yeast
40 g. vegetable butter,
20 g. salt,
40 g. sugar.
For frying: vegetable oil of your choice.
For the syrup:
a) cold syrup (1 kg of water and 1 ½ kilo sugar) in warm donuts
b) plenty of honey
EXECUTION
In lukewarm water Beat all together in mixer 20.
Put the dough in the palm of us, and "closes" a handful of us.
That 'odd' with a spoon pour the hot oil and plenty which we have put in between the fire in a deep dish.
Remove the fritters on a platter or a baking pan and pour the cold syrup or serve with honey.
