Spring Contest Aura Blue

Terms and conditions for participation

1. Contest is open to all who are  18 years of age or above. From participation are exlcuded all employees in the company Systegazomena Farmakeia Kallirroe Veletakou and Ioannis Machairas OE, pharmacydepot cure and care, www.pharmacydepot.gr  , like their husbands and their relatives of first and second degree.
2. The contest begins on the 5th of April, 2018 and ends on the 11th of April, at 12 at night.
3. The contest will have 5 winners each one will win one of the following:

1. Aura Blue Happy Hydra Youth Supply Age Face Cream 50ml. for dry skin
2. Aura Blue Perfect Age Delay Day Cream 50ml. for normal to oily skin
3. Aura Blue Happy Face Mask  75ml. for all skin types
4. Aura Blue Happy Fresh Look Eye Cream 15ml. for all skin types
5. Aura Blue Perfect Age Delay Eye Cream 15ml. for all skin types

4. The draw will take place on  the 12th of April, 2018 at the offices of the individual company Kalliroe Veletakou (Aetideon str 6-8, Cholargos) at 10am . The winners will be announced the same day at the company's site and the online magazine  magazinedepot and in social media. In addition, winners will be contacted via facebook and can communicate at +302130099259 to learn about the receipt of the gift.
5. The gift is personal, not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
6. A prerequisite for participation in the competition is to have pressed successfully like on pharmacydepot's facebook page, and like,  share and comment on facebook's announcement  during the contest's period. After that time no likes will be taken into account.
7. Participants may participate only once in the competition with a single personal facebook account. The possibility of multiple entries blocked.
8. Statutory taxes on gifts, fees, deductions, and any other expenditure required to obtain the gifts borne by the winners.
9. You can receive the products in the shop's address www.pharmacydepot.gr, Aetideon str 6-8, 15561, Cholargos, Attica. If participants fail to collect products from the online store will be one service without charge for shipping address you indicate. The winners will be able to receive their products as long as their personal details (name, VAT, Tax, etc.) have been verified and if they show their identity card. However, they may lawfully authorize someone to receive them instead. The winners can collect them or send their gifts until April the 25th, of 2018, deadline after which they lose the right to obtain their products for free. There is no charge for the carriage of goods, if the shipment is made within Greece. Participants from abroad bear the postage costs, as defined by the Greek partner courier company.
10. www.pharmacydepot.gr no responsibility for any possible physical or property damage or any other loss / expense caused to the winner and / or meeting following receipt of the gift or cancel or postponing this realization.
11. Given that the organizer in the invitation to tender will process participants' information (name, email, phone), undertakes to respect these records confidential and to process them to the extent strictly necessary for the conduct of needs and publicity of the competition (disclosure of the names of the winners on the site and its pages on social networking sites), or for the purposes of any information messages (newsletter), and taking all necessary measures to protect the privacy of participants.
12. Participation in the contest is free and clear by participants of a statement within the meaning of Law. 2472/1997 on behalf of the company you keep a record of their personal data (name, email, phone) and processed by the organizing company. And the acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to the use of his name in order to publicize the competition and its results as well as the processing of personal data for the above. The winners retain no claim against the host on that account and no fee or compensation they deserve.
13. The organizer has the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who attempts to interfere illegally in the process of participation or whose involvement is not in accordance with these terms. If the elements of the participant can not be verified he or she will be excluded from the right to receive the gift.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the contest, to modify the terms and shorten or extend its duration.
15. Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms.
