Terms and conditions of Valentine's Contest

Terms and conditions for participation

1. Contest is open to all who are  18 years of age or above. From participation are exlcuded all employees in the company ΣΥΣΤΕΓΑΖΟΜΕΝΑ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΙΑ ΚΑΛΛΙΡΡΟΗΣ ΒΕΛΕΤΑΚΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΙΩΑΝΝΗ ΜΑΧΑΙΡΑ ΟΕ, PHARMACYDEPOT CURE AND CARE,  www.pharmacydepot.gr  , like their husbands and their relatives of first and second degree.
2. The contest begins on Monday, the 6th of January, 2017 and ends on Saturday, the 11th of February, at 12 at night.
3. The contest will have one winner who is going to win a dinner for two persons of total worth of 207 euros!

Dinner will take place in the michelin prized Botrini's restaurant.

Dinner will include:

 

1.    Valentine's Menu for 2 people
2.    One wine worth 27 euros

Dinner is for the 14.02.2017 at 21:00.

4. The draw will take place on Sunday, the 12th of February, 2017 at the offices of the company (Aetideon str 6-8, Cholargos) at 13p.m. . The winner will be announced the same day at the company's site and the online magazine  magazinedepot and in social media. In addition, winners will be contacted via facebook and should come in contact with the company the same day in order to confirm reservation and receive reservations details. 

In case contact with the winner is not feasible on the 12.02.2017 or in case the winner is unable to come to dinner with another person then the company has the right to replace her/his name with the next runner up.

5. Dinner  is for two persons and refers to the winner. It is not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

6. A prerequisite for participation in the competition is to have pressed successfully like on pharmacydepot's cure and care facebook page and on facebook's contest announcement during the contest's period. After that time no likes will be taken into account.

7. Participants may participate only once in the competition with a single personal facebook account. The possibility of multiple entries blocked.

8. Any additional orders during the dinner above the amount of 207 euros refer to the winner who is obliged to pay for. Company does not cover any cost that is not described in 3.

9. Contact for reservation confirmation should be made on 12.02.2017 or on 13.02.2017 for the second winner (in case there is a second) when accurate details regarding the reservation will be given.

10. pharmacydepot cure and care has no responsibility for any possible physical or property damage or any other loss / expense caused to the winner and / or his/her friend due to the dinner or due to cancellation or postponing of reservation. Company does not cover any transportation costs to the restaurant, which is Vasileos Georgiou B' 24B, Halandri, Athens.

11. Given that the organizer in the invitation to tender will process participants' information (name, email, phone), undertakes to respect these records confidential and to process them to the extent strictly necessary for the conduct of needs and publicity of the competition (disclosure of the names of the winners on the site and its pages on social networking sites), or for the purposes of any information messages (newsletter), and taking all necessary measures to protect the privacy of participants.
12. Participation in the contest is free and clear by participants of a statement within the meaning of Law. 2472/1997 on behalf of the company you keep a record of their personal data (name, email, phone) and processed by the organizing company. And the acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to the use of his name in order to publicize the competition and its results as well as the processing of personal data for the above. The winners retain no claim against the host on that account and no fee or compensation they deserve.
13. The organizer has the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who attempts to interfere illegally in the process of participation or whose involvement is not in accordance with these terms. If the details of the winner can not be verified he or she will be excluded from the right to receive the dinner.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the contest, to modify the terms and shorten or extend its duration.
15. Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms.
