HealthAid's Psyllium Husk Fiber is derived from high-purity Psyllium bark, which has not been irradiated and contributes to the mobility and smooth functioning of the intestine and digestion. Psyllium is a laxative that produces swelling and is high in fiber and colloids.
Its laxative properties are due to swelling of the skin when it comes into contact with water and keeps the feces hydrated and soft. Besides the traditional use of psyllium in constipation, it is also used as an adjunct to weight control along with a calorie-controlled diet, cholesterol and generally bowel health.
Adults and children over 12 years old: Dissolve a spoon full of 6gr. In a glass of water or juice and drink it immediately.
