The use of horse chestnut to address problems in the vessels of the circulatory system has been known since the 19th century. Taking this herb seems to particularly increase the strength and tone of the veins. The astringent tannins, vegetable dyes and plant saponins combine to stimulate and strengthen the walls of veins, reducing their permeability. As the problems of vascular worsen during the summer, usually proposed preventive use shortly before the warm months, with a total duration of treatment three to four months.
Components
Each enteric coated tablet contains:
fresh horse chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum - equivalent to 50mg aescin), microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch, colloidal silica, soya polysaccharide, polymethacrylates, talc, triethyl citrate.
1 tablet morning and evening after meals.
