Dosage:

    The usual dose is 320 mg (one soft gel capsule) a day for six months, which means a constant intake of at least 85-95% (295mg) fatty acids and 0.2-0.4% sterols (steady intake of active ingredients).
    The recommended dosage can be safely followed with food.
